STRATEGY 7- Market to The Group Most Originators Ignore
Today I want to speak about one of the few groups that almost no originators marketing to.
We all go after agents – accountants -financial planners – insurance agents.
But how many of us market to and create relationships with Title Company reps or attorneys? Right- I didn’t think so.
WHY SHOULD YOU MARKET TO THEM?
They are marketing to the same clients we are right? They may have influence and can some introductions for you to agents you might not otherwise meet or even know exist.
Once a quarter I actually do a joint meeting with a title company rep. They invite their group of agents- and I invite mine.
We then get to introduce ourselves to each others spheres of influence and the agents LOVE IT..
You have an opportunity to promote them in your business and they actually have a chance to promote you with their business. WIN WIN WIN
