It’s almost labor day and we all seem to work so hard originating.
Some days we are busy taking apps and closing loans. Other days we are working extra hard to bring in new loans and make some good relationships.

So let me share a very elegant process with you that I developed and has helped me grow my own production. I’ll also share with you the problems this process solves…

READY? FIRST LET START WITH THE PROBLEMS
The truth is -whether you like it or not-
WHOEVER CONTROLS THE BUYERS CONTROLS THE RELATIONSHIPS

WHY shouldn’t we CONTROL the buyers ???

PROBLEM 1–  If you don’t control the buyers you don’t control your income and are at the mercy of others

PROBLEM 2– If you don’t have a consistent way to generate deals without referrals you will not make it
Sorry- but that is the truth and there’s no way to sugercoat it.

PROBLEM 3- You Suck at follow up– and following up on leads is the key to success

PROBLEM 4– You will not get business by having the best service or rates
But if you can give a realtor pre-approved buyers- they suddenly become very loyal- interesting huh?

PROBLEM 5– You Don’t feel you can control your loan sizes – but you can – as you will  soon see

PROBLEM 6- You spend way too much time speaking to buyers at night and on weekends convincing them to use you and prove you are good at what you do

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


SO NOW YOU HAVE A PROCESS — LET ME EXPLAIN

You send a post card to renters who you know are paying a rent comparable to the loan size you are looking for.

The post card sends them to a landing page to get a free report

They opt in and give their name and e-mail address

They are sent the report- which is the entire conversation you would be having with them on the phone
but instead the report is doing the heavy lifting so you can be out doing something fun or just relaxing

They then will either call you or they won’t

If they call- you can then get them pre-approved and give them to a Realtor

If they don’t call you have a drip campaign in place that follows up with them automatically for 1 year

PRETTY COOL – HUH? BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY — IT WORKS!!!
