One of the problems we all have as Loan Officers is breaking thru all the clutter and standing out from our competition.
This week I thought I would change the format and show you what I just sent out to my agents -referral sources – past
clients as well as prospects.
SILLY – YES
But guess what- it will get you noticed –
The company I used is called Jib Jab you can access it at JibJab.com
It took a total of 3 minutes to create this and send it.
This is cute and more importantly it is shareable- so far it’s gotten 123 shares in an hour.
But there is more to this than just sending a funny e-mail.
Buyers and Realtors MUST LIKE YOU in order to do business with you.
It’s important to do a good job and know what you are doing but there are a number of your competitors who also
know what they are doing and are offering the very same programs you do.
SO IT BOILS DOWN TO A RELATIONSHIP!
Being fun is important to building this relationship.
I imagine my agents sharing this with others in their office because it’s simply funny.
These are agents I might not be able to meet otherwise.
BUT DON’T JUST send a funny video- use a message that matches the video
